Overview

The RAP client keeps a configuration file stored on your computer, which allows you to cleanly upgrade sync client versions without resetting your settings and resyncing media. If this configuration file gets corrupted it may be necessary to perform a clean reinstall of the RAP sync client. To do so you will need to uninstall the RAP sync client and remove the configuration file before reinstalling.
