Scale Logic support may ask you to confirm your NX2/ZX Software Serial Number for support or when adding additional storage capacity license. Below are instructions on how to find your NX2/ZX Software Serial Number.
Login to your NX2/ZX systems web GUI by typing its IP address in a web browser. Once logged in click "About" on the top right hand corner.
On the left hand side of the page you should see information on your system including the Serial Number, please provide this Serial Number to Scale Logic support when requested.
