19.10 Workflows Management Screen
The Workflows Management section allows you to create and manage workflows for copying and migrating content.
- Workflows allow the user to copy/migrate content from one source location to a Target location.
- Page Size:
- Number of workflows displayed on the screen at one time
- Refresh Rate (secs):
- How long before the browser refreshes the status of the workflows.
- Search Depth:
- 1000
- This is how many results are returned from the search
- ID:
- The Workflow ID
- Description:
- The Workflow name
- Process:
- What is currently happening
- Scan
- Watch
- Mirror
- Copy
- Migrate
- What is currently happening
- Source:
- Source Location
- Target:
- Target Location
- % left:
- Percentage of Job left to complete
- ETA:
- Date expected to complete the workflow.
- SF Migrate is able to calculate the ETA based on
- Calculating how much data is going into the Workflow
- How fast the Drives are
- Search Patterns: 24
- Maximum Job (Gb): 10
- (Button) Details:
- Shows status information on the workflow that has already occurred.
- There is a button to see the log for each part of the job.
- There is a button to restart a job if it fails.
