Prediction Section
After launching the CaraOne client, you will see the Prediction section feature at the upper right. Click to highlight it as shown above. The Prediction section of CaraOne is designed to provide users with a graphical way to storyboard possible edits, and explore multiple possible "timelines". Prediction analyzes your storyboard and offers "what next" alternatives while allowing you to export any "timeline" as an AAF. The Prediction section will be empty until clips are sent to it from the CaraOne Player Feature or the CaraOne Star List Feature.

Key Features
Sending to Prediction:
When users perform a search there are 2 ways to get clips into the Prediction feature. In the grid results of the CaraOne Search Section/Feature, you can star clips to create a collection of clips that add to the prediction. Or from the CaraOne Player Feature, you can send a single clip to prediction with the button "Send to Prediction". When there are videos in the Star list or the Send to Prediction has been pressed it sends it to the Prediction Workspace.

Workspace:
By clicking the prediction icon the user moves to the prediction workspace. It appears like an empty canvas until a video is sent to prediction or added to the star list. This workspace functions like a node system. Where each thumbnail represents a clip. You can click and drag these clips to move them to other parts of the "timelines" to connect them or pull them away to create a completely new idea. Practice to learn how to connect them. Below is 2 timelines with one having multiple forks.
Menu Tools:
The tools at the upper right help you save previous work or reload. 
Load: Load a previously saved Prediction session.
Save: Save your current session to send to another user or come back to it later. This is just a flat file you can save on the file system.
Reload: Deletes your session and restores it from CaraOne Star List Feature.
4. Prediction Tools:
The tools help to create storyboards much quicker and spur creative ideas.
Replace by Alternative
Opens a smaller search window to allow the user to replace the current thumbnail with another suggested one, or perform a new search to replace the current clip.
Export AAF
Exports the prediction sequence from the root of the tree to the currently selected timeline branch.
Remove clip
Deletes the current clip from the prediction workspace
Predict Next or Previous
CaraOne predicts possible clips that could be relevant to the current story you are creating by taking into account camera movement, white balance, and composition, etc.
Open Media: Click the thumbnail to preview the in and out points found in the media.
