Use the CaraOne AAF export feature to get clips you found using CaraOne into Resolve. After you've exported your AAF using CaraOne, go to your Resolve project Bin where you want to import. Then in Resolve, go to File -> Import -> Timeline to import the CaraOne AAF. Please note the frame rate of the AAF is set on the CaraOne server, not adjustable by this process.
Browse your local file system to where you saved the AAF from CaraOne and select Import.
The result is a new Sequence of your rough cut that you can rename, and all source material links in case you need to adjust in and out points later during editing
