The objective of this article is to install the CaraOne Adobe REST API. Support can send the download link for the CaraOne Adobe REST API. Open the link and browse to Clients > Adobe integration
Follow the below steps:
1. open a Terminal
!! Do not elevate to superuser, nor root, run as the normal workstation user
2. Download the installer
3. Unzip localDist_OSX-yyyymmdd
4. cd into the unzipped directory named localDist_OSX: cd localDist_OSX
5. Make it executable: chmod +x setup_osx.sh
6. Run the installer: ./setup_osx.sh
!! Pay attention to watch for this pop-up and
7. Authenticate
8. Authenticate again
9. Confirrm
10, Authenticate once more for creating the virtual environment
11. Quit Premiere if it was running and start it up again
12. Open new project and click on the Window menu -> Extensions and make sure Pymiere Link has started
13. Reboot
