The iscsid.log to see if the network is up before the daemon. You will see an entry like:
WARNING: Unable to retrieve NetworkInterface in order to determine reachability of /192.168.4.22:3260
To resolve this, open a terminal and type the following (note, you will need to have done a "full" install of XtendSAN:)
/usr/local/libexec/xtendsancli setBootDelay 10
This will delay the XtendSAN initialization by 10 seconds, and you can adjust as needed.
